
Yukon Culinary Festival

Launched in 2013, the Yukon Culinary Festival features events in Whitehorse and Dawson City. The festival is a celebration of local food and homegrown cuisine and celebrates ingredients, culinary experts and culture indigenous to this special region of North America.
2015 will once again feature events in Whitehorse and Dawson. For a full schedule, check out the schedule
Dawson-specific events will feature:
Sat. August 1- Dinner at the Commissioner’s Residence- 7-10pm
Dawson Chefs will collaborate on a menu with Edible Canada’s Eric Pateman and Sydney Celebrity Chef Chris Irving to create a succulent dinner of Northern cuisine at this elegant residence, restored by Parks Canada. Guests will have an opportunity to mix and mingle with locals while sharing stories of their Yukon experiences. Formal, fun and frivolous…this is an evening you will not want to miss!
$75 per person. This event is licensed with a cash bar.

Friday, July 31
10am-3pm- Vodka & Greens at the Top of the World*
6:30-7:30pm- Sourtoe Cocktail Aperitif
7:45-8:45pm- Cocktail Reception at the Palace Grand*
9:00-11:30pm- Tastes of the Klondike*

10am-5pm- Dawson City’s Farmers Market
7:00pm-10:00pm- Dinner at the Commissioner’s Residence
Midnight- Showtime at Diamond Tooth Gerties Gambling Hall
