Travelling with your four-legged friend and looking for a place they can stretch their legs? The Dawson City Off-Leash Dog Park is located in the north end of town, below the historically and culturally significant Moosehide Slide. It features a large fenced in area and a small agility course, with ramps, hurdles and hoops. While your pup plays, you can enjoy views of the Yukon River and the surrounding hillsides. You'll also find a trailhead for the 9th Avenue walking trail, which will take you all across the back edge of town. The park is accessible year-round, and there is a large parking lot located just below it.
