48 Hour Film Challenge

The 48 Film Challenge is a competition that calls to all creators in the Yukon (a Canada-wide option available) to produce a short film in a 48-hour time period. Creators are given key(s) at the start of the challenge that they must include in their film in a creative way, whether it be physically, verbally, etc. The challenge encourages creators to push themselves to conceive a unique film, starting from the script, directing and filming completely through to the final editing – all within the allotted timeframe.
