• Has concerns around their immune health – wearing face coverings & masks is encouraged during this hour
• Has anxiety around crowds – this hour is less busy than the rest of the day
• Has accessibility needs (physical and neurological) – KIAC staff are on call for support and the space is easier to navigate during this hour
• Has food allergies – the concession will be closed during this time
• Has hearing impairments – this hour is quieter than the rest of the day and therefore easier to communicate to vendors
